Siblings & Parents & Pals of Suicide

Sapos means frogs in Spanish, and frogs symbolize rebirth, change, and transformation.  Suicide loss leaves survivors with unanswered questions, fear, and uncertainty.  SaPPoS is a dedicated platform committed to sharing with those of us navigating the challenging journey of losing a loved one to suicide.  Hearing from others and understanding you're not alone is transformational within itself.

SaPPoS's mission is to foster a compassionate community where suicide survivors come to share, encourage, and gain hope. Our goal is to offer solace and understanding, helping survivors find strength and healing in the aftermath of loss. By connecting individuals with similar experiences, SaPPoS stands as a beacon of hope and resilience for all suicide loss survivors.

Suicide Loss Survivors

Supporting healing and hope: Join me and others as we share our personal stories of love, loss, and a unified mission to heal. We encourage others to speak out and share the real, raw reality of life after suicide.

Suicide survivors are all fighters in different ways. One thing I know we all have in common is that we become zombies who march forward into daily hell again and again, because we have no choice. Our lives have forever changed.

Disturbed, lost, fundamentally and forever changed. Changed in a way that only fellow grievers will ever even come close to understanding. We’re left with guilt, overwhelming sadness, anger, and a whole lot of questions that will never be answered.
